Who We Are

Established in 2014, the Africa Career Training School (ACTS) is an international non-profit organization dedicated to providing vocational skills and healthy growth counseling for young adults in Africa. ACTS’ mission is to help students reach employment and finance independence. ACTS-Ghana (2020) and ACTS-Benin (2021) were also successively established. In 2018, ACTS established the Clinique Fleuve de Vie (River of Life Clinic), which has made medical care readily accessible for rural areas. In the future, there are plans to establish village health stations, as well as to combine clinics and schools to provide medical education. In 2021, ACTS also partnered with Step30 to provide clean-water wells in the devastated villages. ACTS-Togo and our Clinic are official institutions licensed by the Togolese government.

Our
Mission

ACTS seeks to empower African youth to become self-sufficient. We follow the needs of the marketplace and provide training in media production, administration management, English language, etc. so that they may be effectively and sufficiently equipped. Through promotion of public health and wellness, disease prevention, and psychological or other seminars, we advocate turning away from crime, drugs, and diseases, helping them maintain mental and physical health. By sharing the Gospel, we can slowly lead them towards developing Christ-like character and Biblical principles. We encourage them to become healthy families, so that the community may have youth with a mission.

Our vision is to set up 100 schools and 100 clinics in Africa to provide local young adults with high-quality and economically efficient training in fields such as medical care, science, agriculture, business, multimedia, language, etc. We hope that our graduates will be in a position to give back to society and improve the overall development of their nations; also, through building medical clinics to increase healthcare accessibility. All of these will bring blessings of physical and spiritual health for the African people.
